is it possible to exceed 3400?

Would it be possible to exceed 3400 in human form? Or is it unreachable? Magnus carlsen approached but I don't know if he would be able to why the other players would give him so little.
Magnus Carlsen: 3355
Alireza Fiouzja: 3301
Andrew Tang: 3261
Rebeca Harris: 3229
Zigalko Seguey: 3163
This is the elo as of today May 27, 2020
Do you think that someone will surpass Carlsen or will it be Carlsen himself who crosses the 3400 barrier?
Rating is no measure for strength or wisdom. It mirrors winning probabilities within a given pool. So everything is possible.
@MissFortune you are a genius eh. Of course no one reached 3000 ELO. OP is talking about lichess bullet ratings
yea what @Sarg0n says. The ones you mentioned are all at the highest pool already, and the one who wins the most is Carlsen so it isn't a surprise if Carlsen surpasses 3400. It would be different if there were a stronger pool, but there isn't.
Chess24 ratings are so weird because you get at least a point for every win until you hit the max of 5000 so if have lots of time on your hands, you can play super low rated players a couple thousand times and get to 5000.

Lichess ratings are a little better in terms of preventing that sort of massive rating inflation, but bullet ratings are still inflating a lot lately. It used to be only Tang that was regularly staying above 3100 but now alireza, carlsen and naroditsky (rebecca harris) are all easily above 3100. At this rate, 3400 rating will most likely be reached in a matter of months, most likely by carlsen or alireza.
My goal is to become the rank 1 player in mail chess. If that means going over 3400 i'm doing it.
