Give players the option not to be paired against a player that abandoned or stalled a game three times or more.
Good idea, and the flag resets after very good behavior, say 30 games with no quitting unduly or a few days...it needs to hurt!
Someone at the local chess club ran a test a few weeks ago to see how many times they could stall bullet games before getting temporarily banned. After 27 back to back stalled games, they gave up and concluded the “temporary ban” is just a paper tiger.
I was temporary banned for about 10 minutes for consecutively aborting at start around 4 games with provisional players. So in that case i would say it is not a paper tiger but a very short live tiger!
PS: i was aborting because there was provisional players leaving without resigning when the game did not go the way they wanted; since then i unfortunately experienced non-provisional players leaving.
Lichess is historically blunt and permissive with quitters. Pity.

Also: Stallers or quitters should not have that option.
