This is draw???

Looks like only two in a row but you can see the pieces are in the same position 3 times if you look through the last 9 moves or so
I think lichess only does it based off the total amount, not 3 consecutive times.
The official rule actually states that the positions do not have to occur all in a row. They simply have to be in the same game. (It's a good thing -- otherwise, 1.e4 would be a draw since I played it in my last 3 games! :-))
The board positions, side to move and available options are all the same after Black's 33rd, 35th and 37th moves. Because of that, a threefold-repetition can legally be claimed by either side.
