New Cheater System. Is there some way to fight them?

First of all, I would like to say I love Lichess website and politics; a non-profit website where everyone is free to participate. I wish everyone around the world would be like Thibault.
I have become patron several times (as often as my little money allows me) since I'm on Lichess comunity, but since I can't contribute in economics ways I always try to do my best to improve Lichess services (investigating cheaters, giving new ideas for more features).
I encourage you all to make the same (in your possibilities) and keep this site awesome.

Okay, I just wanted to make an introduction, lets go to the point:
Lichess has some inbuilt systems to automatically kick cheaters, thats fine; however, due logical computer decision limitations, the comunity need to help as well to identify cheaters which are not automatically detected by Lichess. We all can help to can identify by studying our games and reporting (and then, the moderators/administrators will decide if your suspicious was good or not)
Normally its not dificult to identify players who use computer assistance, they have similar time moves (often around 5 sec), and their moves are not human, such moves are really strong).
Since all the years I'm in Lichess, I have been able to identify and succesfully report some cheaters which were banned but one new system appeared and I'm perplexed.

Some days ago, zapping on internet, I saw a new cheating system which looks impossible to detect. I was curious and I investigated more and I have seen several places where you can acquire such dirty shit (I will not say where to avoid publicity for this dirty people).
The system its a Java application so you don't need to switch tabs, and its automatically giving you the best movements so you can do them. The movements may be really fast (like 1-2 seconds) or slow if the player prefers to just wait. The worst point is than you can use this computer assistance whenever you want; so you can play by yourself and for some moves use this tool.

Since I've seen this, I'm always paranoid when I'm playing lower opponent who suddenly starts to make really awesome moves. I can't know if they are cheating or if they find this good combinations of moves, and its really frustrating. I keep playing them because I enjoy playing chess and well, even if I'm frustrated because I lose games against lower players, its okay I play for fun, and this its like playing against computer so for me its fun as well, but I'ld like to can help Lichess to clean this dirty players.

People who's playing for a long while have a sixth feeling to know they are playing against cheaters. So, when I found players playing like that, which gave me reasons to have suspicions I try to study the games and the moves. I always try to make an extensive study before reporting (I do not want to disturb moderators if I'm not sure) but with this new system I can't never take a final decision... Checking the games indeed there are some moves which are strange; but, after making the whole analysis of the games I never dare to finally report them because I'm never sure anymore, and I always think I could be wrong.

So, considering this new method where the cheater can decide to cheat or not, at any time of the match, and within only 1-2 second. Is there any effective way to detect that? I'm not talking about Lichess automatic features because currently with our computer knowledge it could be impossible, I'm talking about us, the comunity, as players, is there any way to identify than indeed certain moves are made using computer assistance? Like I dont know, checking the average level of the moves comparing to the average level of the cheating moves, comparing to the level of the player? Any ideas in how to fight them?

P.S. Please people, don't cheat. If you read this and you are cheating, stop doing so. There is no point at all, rating lichess points are not important, we all here play for fun. Rating is not showing how good you are to other people because people does not care about it; its only a number for yourself; and even for yourself its useless. You can calculate aproximatly which level you are without need to have it in lichess. One player who plays forever against 1500 players and have 2500 rating because he win always is not 2500 and the player must know it. We all know our own real chess skills and Lichess numbers does show anyting.
Cheating you will not improve your chess skills. You will not achieve tops in Lichess neither because if you cheat that much you are going to be caught. If you don't like to lose, and you just like to win; just play against StockFish level 1 and you will be able by yourself to win; you are going to learn chess, and you are going to feel better because you win thanks of your capacities, not one stupid external program.

If you have arrived here, thank you so much for reading.

Have a good day everyone.
In the long run you cannot cheat without being caught out.

Humans cannot even distribute 0's and 1's randomly without making patterns.

I think it'll take a bit longer but after all the fingerprint is clear and decisive.
