Time out for no reason!

I was playing a game and made my move and the timer wouldn't stop! It kept saying it was my turn, but I had made my move. I reloaded after a while and apparently I lost the game! What the hell?? lichess kept saying it was "reconnecting".This is a rated game and so I lost points for nothing, it's not fair.

I want this game annuled and removed from my profile!

This unfortunately happened with me also today, just now.
I don't care about removing the game or my rating. but this is genuinely the first time, I have faced a problem with LICHESS.

probably it's due to poor internet connection. Obviously, time in the game you're playing passes by independently.
