Coordinates training

i was wondering how this coordinates training could perhaps help me improve my concentration more. How about adding knight moves? E.g. The square of the night appears in the screen-let's say e5-and then one has to click all the targeted squares- like d3f3d7f7g6g4c6c4.

'Concentration'? I think it betters other aspects, actually.

Such as? To me it's concentration and better board visualization.

It's like composer hears the music, when he's reading the notes.

It will help you to read annotations (PGN) for chess games.
