#10 Scale I don't understand what you mean with the first one "there is no way to prove what you say is true" could you explain further?

And for your second point. I am a bit stunded how you get ~2100 online bullet with cheating ;)

> the main reason i lose games is because of mistakes or blunders in time pressure

Mistakes in time pressure are still mistakes! The interesting question would be why is that making a difference in slow OTB games, compared to fast online games.

Maybe your problem is the opposite of mine, and you're playing too slow OTB! If you're in time trouble when your opponent is not, that can be pretty big disadvantage. In my experience, being a minute behind in 5+0 is about the same as being a piece down. The same would probably be true in OTB time-trouble.

But in games with a 30 sec increment you should not be making more time trouble mistakes than you do in fast online games, which are basically near permanent time trouble by OTB standards.

There might be some psychological elements going on. Maybe you take OTB much more seriously, think for longer than you should, and often get into time trouble when your opponent still has plenty of time.
Jvs thanks for your comment.

but I think I've figured out why.

It is because it is elo and not glicko rating and because my first tournaments have not giving me a good tpr the damage has already been done and i have to get my rating up the normal way.

I found this out when I was at the club today and they told me i was like playing 1800 level. what would mean i would have to get 500 rating boost what will take a good 18 months. this could conclude what i said above
