The penalty for refusing a rematch.

It would be good to introduce such a rule: if the winning player refuses a rematch proposed by the opponent, then it is automatically subtracted the number of points received for the previous victory. This only applies to the first sentence rematch.
Not a good idea. Sometimes i only have time for one game.
This idea is so much waste of internet-space!
That wouldn't be fair. It'd also allow people to abuse others by having a direct control over their rating.
Absolutely *not* keen on this at all. Sometimes one only has time for so long a game, and the potential for abuse is ripe by some disgruntled player demanding a rematch only to not play it at all, just to deny their opponent their rating.
It's a good idea, but also a harsh penalty for winning a match.
Nobody owes you a rematch. Deal with it.
Bad idea. If you think your opponent is a "runner", just post a note on his/her page and don't play with him/her. It's that simple.

Some people just only have time for one game. As mentioned above, nobody owes you a rematch!
Bad idea. Not only will abusive users attempt to deliberately drain their opponent's rating, having your rating lowered for anything but a loss is ridiculous in my opinion.
