One word... As a New Year's Resolution

A friend introduced me to this idea about 6 years ago. You choose ONE word to focus on for the coming year. Instead of all these long resolutions, you just think of one word you would like to have in your life. It usually takes me a good while to think up my word... I haven't settled on one yet, but I think it might be one of these:

Beginnings
Change

Kindness

I was just explaining this exact concept today. Start with the idea that you want to help yourself, make a plan, focus on the small tasks that you can accomplish easily and don't ever quit.

I would personally say, both patient and kind.

in order to gain patience, you have to go through difficult things... I keep quiet about wanting more patience... :-D

dont you worry. if i were srsly, my word would have been "forgiveness" for i need to forgive others to keep my mind clean. learned this lessen just recently.
