Hello, I am 2200 blitz / rapide on lichess and about 2000 classical, could you estimate my FIDE elo ?
P-S : I'm 13, so it can be variable.
300, 400, 500 less usually regarding young players.

Then doesn't that answer your question? that means you are 1600-1700
I have never met a chessplayer within 33 years who doesn't claim that he is underrated.
Don't know, because my opponents can also be underrated :)

the simplest answer is you cant estimate fide rating via lichess ratings as rapid rating is inflated and blitz is not proper test of your strenght
