That final position after Kh5 doesn't look like a win, the black king is cut off by the rook and as long as the king can defend the pawn it looks entirely drawn.

You only get a win on time if you could theoretically checkmate in the position, as you have only a king their is no possible checkmate so it is drawn.

@bjornf74 he must have a terrible engine if he is using one, he missed multiple quicker ways to win towards the end plus almost all of his moves are different to what Stockfish recommends.

@SelfmateMan i should point out the person who came up with that rule admitted to breaking it himself :)
