Hi,
I was playing a blitz game when I was suddenly kicked out of the game on computer, using Chrome. I first though my opponent resigned but then I saw that I lost the game due to "leaving the game", I even got the warning message about leaving the games.

lichess.org/2Rl8QpyOmggjI did not leave the game, it happened in my thinking time, just after the 13th opponent's move, the game suddenly stopped without reason.

U might hv pressed Alt+F4
or ur cursor might be on the close button and you clicked on the screen and got closed
If you closed it accidently, you just had to go to chrome and press Ctrl+Shift+T and you'd get your tab back in 1 sec. If you didn't close it accidently, you might have had a notification from chrome that something went wrong. If you didn't got that notification, you had accidently closed it. And if so, it is sadly your own mistake that you got kicked out of the game and couldn't come back right in time. But even if you didn't know the Ctrl+Shift+T short cut, you could have just quickly gone to the lichess website, and when you get to the website you get a message "Hang on, you have a game with "...." still running". And then you could join the game. This process takes 20 sec at max and you'd be right back in time. So I have no Idea how you got kicked out of the game and couldn't find yourself back in time. Only excuse would be that your laptop crashed.
Thank you for your answers but no, I did not quit the game, the window with the game stayed open the whole time, I just got suddenly kicked out of the game instantly, as if I had resigned.

If ur opponent could do that, I'd say 'Bravo!' to him!
I couldn't go back because I never left the game, the window stayed open, just lichess told me I quitted the game and I lost instant, but I was just in my thinking time, my opponent played 13.Be2 a few seconds before.
I didn't have the 30 s cooldown to join back. And why would I, the game was still on.
Why would you? Update Chrome to fix bugs like these.
I got these bugs earlier too, but not with lichess.
