Why Lichess is not so good than Chess.com or Playok.com?

Ratings are not meant to be compared to other ratings from different pools of players/systems. It is totally irrelevant that your lichess rating is higher than your fide rating. It is only relevant that your rating is higher or lower than other players in the same pool on lichess.
Maybe they can't be compared, but shouldn't we all be striving for more consistency and compatibility, not less?

For a similar reason, there should be efforts to prevent rating inflation over time. Players currently are allowed to place floors on their opponents' ratings, the site doesn't exchange an equal number of points between both players at the end of a game, and players can easily and deceptively create new accounts. All of these will lead to the distortion of the ratings.

Striving for integrity, sure. Consistency and compatibility between rating pools is not a sensical goal.
Ratings and the systems in use such as Elo - or in the case of lichess, Glicko2 - are meant to be *relative* to the players involved in them, and as their very nature *cannot* be absolute.

Rating inflation plagues FIDE as well. I do not see Carlsen or many top 2700ers playing many people below a certain tier, but that is hardly the sole factor contributing towards rating inflation.

And if I may quote Anatoly Karpov on his encounter with Arpad Elo, inventor of the Elo rating system:

"When I was World Champion I had quite a long discussion with him about the problem of ratings and the idea of using them. He told me then that he’d never thought or wished – and in fact it was something he was categorically opposed to – his rating would become not relative but in many cases absolute. Even a difference of 5 points can mean you make it into an Interzonal or Candidates Tournament while someone else misses out. He said his rating was a very rough estimate of the balance of power, but couldn’t distinguish by 2-3 points, or 5 or even 10 who’s stronger than someone else."

A four digit number hardly implies the actual quality of the games played, so why should such strong emphasis be placed on keeping it as consistent as possible with FIDE? If one wishes to have a rough idea of their FIDE Elo, they need to play against the pool of FIDE registered players, which is a completely different ball game from lichess, which supports a far flexible set of time controls than OTB tournaments do.
and apart from the fact that ratings can be compared only to the pool they are created in (the diff. between my rating on chess.com and chesscube.com is 500 points), I do not see any "inflation" over here. In my case, my avg. lichess bullet rating matches nearly perfect with my fide rating.
I think he is talking about inflation with standard ratings. I am sure bullet and blitz are not as inflated. Most sites have more accurate blitz and bullet ratings because their a bigger pool of players where as less people play standard online because people could cheat during standard so pool of players are smaller so thus standard ratings will usually be more inflated/inaccurate compared to online bullet or online blitz ratings.
It is hard to register to chess.com if you dont have facebook or gmail account but less known -
which is rejected as "throw-away mail" , I wanted to register to send to armagadescu (may be someone with chess.com account do it for me/us ) :
armagadescu
could you add to your addon addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/chess-addin-for-firefox/ option to use mouse wheel for moves ?
it will be very useful for people tired of clicking all day long...
faster & more convenient -especially after first analising when you play out game for 2, or 3 time -it is a blessing
it is simple 2 line code -claim lichess.org developers-
Or may be even more = option to hijack other pgn viewers with mouse wheel scroll- or some kind of user.js ,I don't know .. If exist such a tool could you tip me on it ?
On many chess sites there are even no autoplay option -and its is not possible to use your addon(notation not in selectable pgn).

Or maybe lichess.org developers make -on base of source code of this addon - fork enhanced in above features ?
Lichess rocks, but to be fair there is one thing I like about chess.com better than Lichess. The algorithm for selecting the Top Game (TV) is better than lichess' TV

1- Does not switch abruptly, right in the middle, to a more active/appropriate game.

2-Tends to select slowest bullet or fast Blitz games between top players.

For me, the instructional value is greater in chess.com's TV; no fun watching click-battles of highest rated players.

I'm looking forward to the day when Lichess' TV has multiple channels.
The possibility to had a title to the created game could be great :

"for beginner"
"..."

Lichess lacks some advertisment, anyways the people are coming ( I'm the best example).
